Sourced from Dry Creek Valley, our Merlot is a medium-body wine with minimal tannin, making for a smooth and bright sip! Lovely cherry, ripe red plum, and hints of cedar round out this wine for a fun and enjoyable glass, without being overpowering.
Pairs beautifully with earthy dishes such as mushroom tart, also great with bleu or cheddar cheese, and particularly good with a berry or red fruit reduction on lamb.
