Sourced from a premium vineyard in Anderson Valley, this small production bottling of Pinot Noir is a rare wine as the vineyard has since been lost to California wildfires. We will never be able to make another wine quite like this; 18 months in French Oak Burgundy barrels followed by careful aging in bottle has made this a wine like no other. Fresh red cherry, baking spices, vanilla, and delicious acidity round out this balanced and bold Pinot.
Enjoy this unique wine with duck, roasted winter vegetables, beef risotto, and full chicken dishes such as Coq au Vin.
