What are your open hours?
Currently we are open to the public from 12pm - 6pm on Saturdays & Sundays only. The estate is open Monday - Friday for private events only.
What COVID protocols are you following?
We have implemented several updated protocols to ensure the health and safety of our team, guests, and community. Our team cleans all high touch areas and bathroom facilities every 30 minutes, and complimentary hand sanitizer is available for all guests. All guests at our indoor tasting room must wear a mask any time they are not physically seated. For more details about our health & safety policies, please click here.
Are you family friendly?
Yes! Complimentary juice boxes & Goldfish crackers are available at the bar for children under 12 and we have non-alcoholic beverages including sparkling water, still water, juices, hot tea, hot coffee, and hot chocolate available for purchase as well. If you need a high chair, please don't hesitate to ask our staff for one. Please be sure to supervise your children at all times as we are a working farm.
May I bring my dog?
Yes! Leashed & well-mannered dogs are always welcome at our outdoor areas. Due to Gaston County Environmental Health policy, only ADA service dogs are permitted inside the tasting room.
Do you serve other drinks besides wine?
Yes! We also have a rotating tap for craft NC beer, as well as non-alcoholic options including juice, sparkling water, still water, hot tea, hot coffee, and hot chocolate. Please click here to view our full menu.
Do you serve food?
At this time we have crackers, trail mix, mixed nuts, and dried apricots available for purchase. Please click here to view our full menu. There is food available for purchase from our food truck vendors each Saturday & Sunday. To view a schedule of visiting food trucks, please click here.
May I bring my own food to enjoy?
Yes! You may bring your own food to enjoy at our outdoor seating areas; no outside food (aside from food truck items & birthday cake) is permitted in our tasting room. No outside alcohol is permitted on the estate at any time. If you are considering having an outside catered option, please reach out to our events team for policies and coordination via email at events@veronetwine.com.
Do you offer table service?
All of our items are served bar style at one of our walk-up bars. Our associates will guide you through our menu, help you make your selections, and serve you right away so you may take your items to enjoy at your table. You may open a tab or close out immediately at time of purchase. All tabs left open at end of day will receive an automatic 20% gratuity charge.
Do you accept reservations?
As of April 10, 2021 we are resuming normal operations and returning to our pre-COVID policy of all seating being first come, first serve. If you are a large group of 20 or more, please email us at info@veronetwine.com to discuss seating options. If you are a group of 40 or more, we recommend a private event booking to ensure an exceptional visit. For private booking information, please email our events team at events@veronetwine.com.
Does your outdoor seating have cover?
Outdoor seating has minimal to no cover in most areas, and our picnic tables & lawn chairs offer no protection from wind or rain. During the summer our tables are covered by shade sails or cloth umbrellas, however these do not offer rain protection. Please check the weather and plan for your visit accordingly.
May I bring my own chairs or blankets to sit on?
Yes! Guests are welcome to bring their own chairs & blankets to sit on our lawn areas.
Do you have live music?
Yes, we do offer live original music in the vineyard every so often. There is no cover fee to enjoy live music performances during our open hours. To view a schedule of upcoming live music dates, please click here.
May I bring decorations to celebrate a birthday or special occasion?
To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we allow limited outside decor during our open hours. You are welcome to bring cake (no lit candles please) and weighted balloons (no confetti or glitter balloons) to enjoy for your special occasion. However, additional decor items, catering arrangements, etc are not allowed during open hours. Catering, specialty arrangements, decor, and more are permitted for after hours estate rentals only. Is Uber or Lyft readily available in your area?
Uber and Lyft are not recommended as transportation options for pick up from the winery. For recommendations on private drivers and/or party bus & limo services familiar with the estate, please email us at info@veronetwine.com.
Are you ADA accessible?
Yes! We have accessible parking, seating, and facilities available.
Can I use the estate for photography sessions?

Do you host private events?
Yes, the estate is available for private events rental outside of our open hours of 12pm - 6pm on Saturdays & Sundays. We are unable to host private events during our open hours.
