Refreshing and delicious, our Brut Cuvée sparkling wine is the perfect refreshing white for every day & every special moment.
Made in the traditional méthode champenoise method, each bottled takes approximately 18-22 months to make. This high-acid sparkling white wine has hints of lime, grapefruit, and yeasty brioche. Extended lees contact makes for a round, creamy texture and intense bubbles in every glass

Reserve Pinot Noir 2020

The 2020 Merlot is a medium-body wine with minimal tannin, making for a smooth and bright sip! Lovely cherry, ripe red plum, and hints of cedar round out this wine for a fun and enjoyable glass, without being overpowering.
Pairs beautifully with earthy dishes such as mushroom tart, also great with bleu or cheddar cheese, and particularly good with a berry or red fruit reduction on lamb.

Royal Red Meritage 2020
Bold red with cherry & oak.
Our 2020 Royal Red Meritage (pronounced like "Heritage") is a symphony of flavor in a stunning Bordeaux-style blend! Meritage wines are unique wines crafted solely from specific "noble" Bordeaux grape varieties and are considered to be the very best wines of the vintage. This blend was a special project from our winemaker's heart, leading us to give it a unique name that pays homage to our location: "Royal Red" for our home of King's Mountain, close to the Queen City in North Carolina.
Our Royal Red Meritage is a blend of the traditional Bordeaux grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. The largest portion of the blend is based in Cabernet Sauvignon, creating intense red cherry notes, with lovely black currant and freshness from the other varietals. Oak aging gives beautiful note of oak without overpowering the wine, and creates silky smooth tannins.
Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, roasted poultry, fresh berry sauces, and earthy mushroom dishes.
